As part of her platform, the reigning Miss Coney Island Aurora North is bringing pay-what-you-can Yoga classes to the Shooting Gallery with all donations supporting Coney Island USA! Join Aurora & her wife Faux Pas le Fae for this fun and invigorating challenge to your practice. Class opens with a meditative intention, followed by a series of Yoga postures and Pilates exercises to deepen core strength and release muscle tension. Then we move through an energized series of Yoga poses focusing on breath, energized physical awareness, dynamic stretching and celebrating how your body moves!
